Our services are available on all platforms. This includes Playstation, Xbox, and PC!

  • Are your services guaranteed?

Yes, every service on this website is guaranteed to be completed. If in the unlikely case of incompletion, we issue you a full refund immediately.

  • When do you start on my order?

Immediately after your purchase you will receive a confirmation email. For Play-For orders we will send another email when we sign into your account. For Play-With orders, we will send another email to schedule a time that works for you.

*Our business is based in the US so any orders or messages placed from 12 AM - 10am PST may or may not be responded to until morning!*

  •  How long will it take to complete my order? 

If you choose "Front of the Line (VIP)" as your preference, we move your order to the front of the waiting queue and will start working on your order very shortly after or immediately after your order.

If you choose "Within Reset Time" as your preference, we will get to your order as soon as there are available team members to work on it. These orders are placed after VIP orders and usually take one day to be completed.

We understand your time is valuable and you may have a busy schedule. We try our best to provide the fastest service possible with our large and professionally managed team. No matter what preference you choose, all orders are guaranteed to be completed before the weekly reset!

  • Do I get to claim the rewards from Trials myself?

Yes, as part of all of our services, we leave all of the rewards for you to claim yourself. However, if you would like us to claim them, make sure you let us know.
